Hi all!

I am Maggie, an Italian/American filmmaker and MA student looking for a flatmate for the second room of a 2 bed flat in Borough, zone 1.

I’m a sociable and clean person, enjoying cooking as well as going out. I love watching movies and netflix with a glass of wine. I’m pretty easy to get along with. I love meeting new people, traveling, photography and art.

The flat has two bedrooms, a large living/dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, two little storages and a parking slot. It’s fully furnished.

The bedroom comes furnished with a lot of wardrobe space, a beautiful view on a little park and a bathroom en-suite.

The living room has two amazing and super comfortable sofas, a dining table and a projector to enjoy movie nights.

It’s located a minute’s walk from the Nothern and Bakerloo lines, not to mention excellent direct bus and night bus links.

It’s 5-15 minutes walking to South Bank, Waterloo, Borough Market, London Bridge, Mercato Metropolitano and Kennington park.

(If you are or you’re going to be a student at London College of Communication, UAL. The flat is only 5m walk from school. Amazing, right?)
