Bedroom with ensuite in sunny flat

The flat is a three bedroom - two are full-time occupancy, the third is used as a spare/guest room and the landlord stays there one night a week - she is based outside of London but currently doing a course that requires her to be here one day a week. She's very nice and a respectful one-night-a-week housemate. I live in the smaller of the two other bedrooms and you would have the last, largest room - which has its own bathroom.

I'm a mid-twenties charity worker, value a clean home and like to have my quiet time after a busy day but definitely welcome a housemate who wants to have a nice chat and spend some time watching TV or having a glass of wine together to talk about politics, our lives, and pop culture.
