Double en-suite & gated parking in central London

I’m looking for a housemate for my lovely flat in Borough.
The room is a double with an en-suite bathroom, available on 9th February, possibly a little earlier. It includes a gated car parking space.
There’s also plenty of extra parking on the street.
The room can be unfurnished/ partly furnished, as arranged. Happy for you to have a cat (I miss cats.)

First of all, it appears estate agency skills are not in my remit... the photos definitely don't do the flat justice. The pictures just look really dark, and I promise, the flat is very light. (Also, the desks on the side of the living room will be going so that the sofa in front of the doors will be moving to that wall - which will make the living room a big space.)

The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room, all furnished. Kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, Kenwood mixer, Ninja smoothie maker, amongst other thrilling gadgets.

There’s a communal garden in the gated square which you can use for BBQs and picnics. There’s also a locked, alarmed bicycle shed.

Bills are about £140 each.

The location is amazing, you can even see the Shard from the bedroom window. It's a few minutes from Borough Tube, then to Borough Market, Elephant & Castle tube, and London Bridge etc. etc. It means you can walk everywhere. There are far too many pubs and restaurants to eat and drink at. The local pub, the Roebuck, is very good.
The road itself is just off Trinity Village, an amazingly quiet area, with few cars as it’s not a thoroughfare.
I’m friendly (after a morning coffee), like to cook, read, go to pubs/restaurants, and vanish off in my campervan for long distance hikes.
I’m hoping for someone friendly, responsible, with peculiar hobbies I can learn about.
