The flat is super centrally located in Zone 1, a 5 minute walk from Southwark and Borough tube stations, and an 8 minute walk from London Bridge Tube/Overground Station and a 15 minute walk to Waterloo Tube/Overground. The flat is only a few minutes walk from Southbank and The City.

In super close proximity to the flat are a raft of small and large supermarkets and the well known Borough Market. There is a selection of good gyms within a few hundred meters, all very reasonably priced. There are countless great quality pubs and we are super close to both Flat Iron Square and Mercato Metropolitano. Mint Street Park is only 100m away and is a great place to enjoy the sunshine and exercise.

The room is absolutely huge, and very warm. It has its own ensuite (bathtub and separate shower) and walk in wardrobe plus an abundance of storage. There is also direct access to the courtyard through the large sliding doors

The flat has a huge warm living area, an open plan kitchen (with industrial gas hob and two refrigerators), lounge and dining area is an ideal way for the flatties to socialise, relax or work from home. Our building has an epic rooftop with stunning views of The Shard, shared with only two other much smaller flats.
In the basement there is a sauna and hot tub, and with electricity included in the bills there are no additional costs involved with its regular use, the same can be said for the house heating.
All bills are included in the monthly 1200 payment, apart from wifi and council tax.

The flatmates you'll be joining are a couple from Australia, and two English men all in their mid twenties.

This flat has to be one of the most ideal places to live during this crazy Corona Virus-Lockdown world we live in. The immense size of the flat means there's plenty of room to work from home not to get in each others way. The rooftop is the perfect place to get some fresh air and some sun. The sauna and spa are a great way of staying healthy and being a stones throw from the Southbank makes our daily exercise window an excellent time to go for a run or walk along the Thames, through a very quiet central London. At this stage, you will only be living with the Australian couple, as the two Englishmen have returned to their home towns for a few weeks during the pandemic but will return in due course.
