The flat is in good condition, We have a shared kitchen/living room, separate toilet and bathroom (including bath and shower) and a balcony off the main living space. We have internet, a large TV including Apple TV.
All bills are included in the price so you pay a flat rate of £675/month

The flat is in an amazing location - situated 7 minute walk from Borough tube station or Bermondsey Street, 10 minutes to London Bridge and a 25 minute walk to Waterloo/SouthBank.
I am moving to France until the end of the year with the potential of returning at the end of January.
I have loved living there for the last 4 years.

You will be living with Pete, a super friendly wine specialist, and Gabriella, who is an incredibly kind, fun person who works in restaurant management. They are looking to live with another professional, who is warm and sociable, but also clean and respectful of the shared spaces.
