Two female full time students (ages 20-23) looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely living space from now until September.

The flat is located in a beautiful and central area of London... just a 5 min walk from Borough Station and a 7 min walk from London Bridge Station. Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express and Lidl are also within short walking distance, as well as a PureGym, King’s College and LSBU student campuses and libraries. Prime locations such as Borough Market, Tate Modern, Southbank and the Shard are also within a short walking distance. We pride ourselves in keeping the flat clean and tidy and the room advertised above comes equipped with a dresser, a cabinet, a desk with a chair that is excellent for studying, a double bed, wide shelves and other small storage spaces. The kitchen and bathroom are both spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessary appliances needed for home cleaning and maintenance purposes (e. g. kettle, microwave, washing machine, iron, mop, hoover) and we also have a storage room to keep any additional appliances that may be needed within the flat. Both WiFi and bills are included in the rent and our landlord is just a phone call away at all times should you be in need of his assistance for whatever reason.

We are looking for a female between the ages of 20-26 that is respectful, friendly and willing to help us keep our flat in good shape!
