New double en-suite room in sociable house

We are looking for a new housemate to join us from 8th October 2022 in a newly refurbished 4 bedroom house located less than 3-minutes walk from Borough Station and 10 minutes from London Bridge and Borough Market.

The house:
In addition to the excellent location, the house has been designed with a four-person house share in mind. There are two kitchens, each with its own fridge freezer (so one between two). All the rooms come with an en-suite or private bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has its own TV and mini-fridge. Please note that the bedroom has air conditioning rather than a window (it’s still the coolest room in the summer!).

The house is a great space for socialising, with a bar area in the living room, a conservatory and a garden area (bbq soon to be acquired!).

The housemates:
Anish is a civil servant who enjoys baking, cooking, hiking and road trips. Living in the house means you will have to be a guinea pig for experimental recipes as well as eating all of the offcuts.

Dhru is an actuary (he doesn’t like talking about it) who enjoys nights out, nights in, going to the gym, gaming and RuPaul's Drag Race.

Juliette is a broker in insurance. She is French (don't worry- she won’t make you eat snails) likes reading, art, exploring London and (on occasion) fitness!

You:
We are looking for easy-going, sociable housemates who will help keep the house clean and tidy but also make use of the space with us. We spend a fair amount of time hanging out in the house but also go out and visit the local bars and restaurants. We are LGBT+ friendly.

Bills are separate and will probably come to around £160 pcm each. Due to referencing requirements, you will need to have an income of £35,000 or higher.
