The flat is about 3 years old and built to a high spec. Really nice flat with huge private terrace fitted with a hot tub, outdoor sofa, BBQ and insane views of London.

The room has a double bed and a desk. It also has a bathroom that is solely yours, outside of the room.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from the Tate Modern/Waterfront, 10 minutes walk from Borough Market, 20 minutes walk to the City and 30 minutes walk to Soho whilst still being residential.

The flat is in a perfect location and close to the following tube stations:
- 4 mins away from Southwark (Jubilee line)
- 8 mins away from Waterloo Station
- 8 mins away from Borough Station (Northern)

We are looking for someone chilled who is sociable, clean and easy to get on with. We both have fairly demanding jobs so we tend to be fairly quiet in the week and go out on the weekends. This is an amazing place and we want to keep the good vibes going.
