You'd be sharing with Joe and Matt, both friendly young working professionals. You would be replacing me on the current contract, as I am moving out to live with my girlfriend. We are hoping to find another clean, respectful professional looking for a place until September (with potential to extend).

Amenities include a brand new washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, large fridge). Toilet and bathroom are separate.

The flat is right next to Tabard Gardens with plenty of green space and football / basketball courts. There are lots of nearby cafes (Gails, Bad Moon, WatchHouse) and restaurants (Borough Market). Sainsburys and Tesco express within 3 minutes. Aldi and Tesco Superstore within 15 minutes.

The flat is managed directly by our landlord, who is super helpful and responsive.
