I've got two double rooms going in our flat from 31st August, min. a year. It is located in a student-friendly area, surrounded by LSE and KCL student accommodations.

It's a 3-bed, fully furnished, with a bright living room that gets good light. There's a private garden out back with a patio and some small plots. The first bathroom has a bath, an overhead shower, and a toilet, and there's a second bathroom with a separate toilet. The kitchen has a washing machine (no dryer, but there's space to air-dry). Secure entry with an intercom.

Bills work out at roughly £70 per person per month on top, split three ways

Location & Transport:
* 10-15 minute walk to Borough Station
* 15-20 minute walk to London Bridge Station
* 30-35 minute walk, and 15-minute bus ride to Waterloo
* Numerous nearby bus stops for excellent transport links

Nearby Amenities:
* Lidl just a 10-minute walk, with other supermarkets, such as Sainsbury Local, close by
* Surrounded by student-friendly pubs, restaurants, and cafés
* Convenient for King’s College London students – close to the Guys Campus library
