Double Room in 3-Bed Flat – London Bridge, Zone 1

We’re two female professionals looking for a third flatmate to replace our friend who’s recently moved out.
The flat is in a really convenient Zone 1 location – 5 minutes from London Bridge, 7 minutes from Southwark, and 15 minutes from Waterloo.
Tate Modern, Borough Market and plenty of cafés, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk.
The room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe (other furniture not included).
The flat is on the 4th floor (no lift) and has a shared bathroom, as well as a kitchen and living room. There’s also a balcony with views of the Shard and the City skyline.
Rent is £1,070.90 per month, excluding bills (around £120/month each).
We’ve lived here for about a year and have a friendly, easy-going dynamic. We’re looking for someone similar – ideally a female professional in a similar age range who’s sociable but also respectful of personal space.
We’re ideally looking for someone from 22nd May (rent starting from this date), but we’re flexible with the exact move-in date.
