Great double room in Borough

Hi, I'm looking for someone to share a lovely 2-bed flat in Borough. The rent is £860 per month, with bills a total of c£995.

The room is really spacious (c.20 sq meters). It's mostly unfurnished but has a bed frame & some shelves. It gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the communal garden. There's also a very good-sized living room (with electric piano), kitchen (with individual fridges) and bathroom.

The location is great; Borough Market and the South Bank on your doorstep, plenty of pubs, shops and arts venues nearby, and lots of transport links within easy reach.

I work for a legal charity protecting asylum-seekers' rights to accommodation and welfare support. I love music (I fit playing bass around my other work) and am always up for seeing a gig. Other interests include surfing, football, reading & travel (have spent a few months in Italy, South America & Australia).

I'm clean and tidy, enjoy living with someone I can chat to but am respectful of others' privacy. Would be great to find someone who wants a similar vibe!
