Bedroom available in wonderful Borough flat

Flat sharing with two female professionals. We are friendly, quiet, clean and considerate people.
I have blissfully lived at the flat for 3 years as a tenant. I am a professional that has an interest in the world of arts, movies, music, yoga and cooking.

We are looking for a flatmate (female) who is friendly, quiet, clean and considerate to move in for long term rent. Professionals and non-smokers only please.

The flat:
Has three bedrooms but no lounge, however the kitchen has a table and seating.

The kitchen has a clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric hob and oven, table and seating.

The bedroom:
Furnished (Desk, single bed, shelving unit, bedside cabinet and wardrobe).

There is access to a gym (free to use) in the building that is available to all residents of the building.

Location:
Located about 5 minutes walk to Borough Station, 8 minutes walk to London Bridge Station and 7 minutes walk to Borough Market. Great transport links and bus routes. Lots of local food shops, cafes, a Tesco Express and a Sainsbury’s local.

The rent is:
£600 per month for single room.
The rent for the room includes water, electricity and broadband. Excluding council tax. The council tax comes to about £59 per person per month based on 3 people living at the flat, therefore this is an additional cost that has to be paid to the council every month.

The landlady requires 2 references, deposit of one months rent and one months rent is required in advance.
