Light room with a garden view in a pretty flat in Borough. Sharing with two professionals in their early 30s, there's a nice atmosphere in the flat and its a quiet and relaxing place to live.

The flat is very light, with a beautiful garden shared with the other flats in the building, and access to another two private gardens (2 mins away) shared with the other residents of Trinity Street. Its an amazing, peaceful place to live!

The flat is in a Georgian-style building in a very leafy and quiet street. The building was completely redecorated this year, so its in ship-shape shape. It's very convenient for transport, four mins walk from Borough tube, eight from Elephant and Castle, ten from London Bridge.

The bedroom is a good size, with a double bed, window, dressing table and wardrobe. Free from the 9th June.

Note - there isn't a living room! We are looking for someone, who, like us, wants to live in a nice flat in zone one and pay a bit less.

You'd be living with Seb and Andrew, two professionals in there early thirties who are incredibly lovely and clean, it's a very quiet flat, but also really friendly and convivial.
