before a sale is concluded.

I am 46 years old and work as a Structural Engineer in Farringdon where I design the structure for buildings. I'm sociable and enjoy cooking, skiing and cycling.

I was born in London but am of Malaysian origin and am clean, tidy, and conscientious.

I am looking for a sociable, respectful, clean and tidy, non smoker. You will be a professional person in a stable 9 to 5 job based away from home - working 1 or 2 days a week at home is fine. You must like cats.

Interviews will be conducted by myself and my current lodger. Please come with a piece of identity. Prior to moving in, the following will be requested:
