Quiet double room in N London with free parking

The Available Room

Hi, I'm looking for a short term housemate to rent the other room in my flat in Bounds Green.

The room is available from Mar 15th for short term rent from 1 month up to 3 months.

I've lived here for 5 years and it was completely refurbished before I moved in. The flat is really nice and on a quiet street less than 10 minutes walk from Bounds Green tube and Bowes Park stations. There is free parking on the street.

I'm looking for someone friendly and tidy to share the flat with me. I'm a sound engineer for podcasts and TV, I sometimes work from home (with headphones) and sometimes at the studio. I love music, film and TV, F1, and going out and exploring London. I'm often home in the evenings, cooking in the kitchen and trying to find something to watch before my food's cold.

It's a good sized double room with carpets. It's currently furnished with a bed and mattress, drawers, a wardrobe and a desk.

The house itself was completely refurbished before I moved in with new carpets in the bedrooms and living room.

The kitchen is a good size with a shared fridge/freezer and new oven and gas hob. There's also a decent sized dining table and a washing machine.

There is a small lounge off from the kitchen with a double sofa-bed for guests. This room could also be used as a separate office space if required, please message me and we can chat about it.

The bathroom is all new and looks out over the garden. The garden itself is small is separated so that the flat has it's own outside space.
