Hey guys! 2 rooms will be available in my place Opposite Bounds Green tube, good prices at £500 for a large double room and £350 for a small room downstairs. Full access to two bathrooms including a quality high powered shower, large kitchen, large living room and decent hallways. Looking for very relaxed roommates who are clean and who like their own space and privacy, although we are social happy people who enjoy a glass of wine on occasion. Bills are £105 a month on the 21st of each month (£10 broadband, £9 water, £50 gas and Electric and £40 Council tax) Let me know asap as i'm sure these will go quickly. We are two professional musicians, (don't worry i'm a piano player who practises with headphones when i do, and the other is a trombone player who practises very rarely in the house).
