Bedroom 1

Hi There,

I will have a room available around end of April beginning of May.

The flat is 3 bedroom place (2 slightly bigger single rooms and 1 double room with build in wardrobes).

For single person I'm offering the single room.
For a couple I'm offering the double room.
For 2 friends I'm offering two single rooms.

Rent and the bills are being split among the occupants. So couple might be preferred. Nowadays we pay around £600 each (3 people) with all the bills.
Also the deposit figure listed is just a variable so it's depending on what we agree on.

Shared living room.
With telly, PS4, PS3 and big library of games and movies. I do not have a TV licence, but Netflix and Now TV movie pass is available.

Shared Kitchen.
Got all the pots and pans you need ! Also, when I'm cooking I'm making food for everybody.

Shared bathroom.
And there's a garden with garden furniture and BBQ grill.

Most of the furniture in the flat is mine, but if there would be anything missing we can always go to Ikea which is quite close, or shuffle some furniture around to make you happy.

I have 3 years old female Staffy so if you don't like dogs please continue your search.
