Spacious three storey house with garden in quiet area with good transport links.

House includes: Entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower and 3 toilets and garden with storage shed.

The bedroom on offer is a large spacious double bedroom overlooking the garden, and comes with bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.

The house has very good transport links, just a few minutes from the Piccadilly Line and 20/25 mins to Kings Cross. Bowes Park Station with National Rail is just 3 minutes walk away and takes you to Moorgate in 20/25 mins. It is also just a short walk/bus ride to Wood Green/Green Lanes as well as Muswell Hill and Alexandra Palace. There is one designated car space and on-road parking is also available on a permit.

There is a Tesco Express 30 seconds and an organic health store 5 min away as well as some other local shops - post office, pharmacy, independent coffee shop, greengrocers.

We do our own thing but treat the house like a home and enjoy to chat or hang out when we see each other and sometimes watch Netflix/movies together.

A bit about each of the housemates:

Cora - Currently studying/training and working for a charity as an adviser. Part-time WFH, part-time at uni/in office etc. Interests: good food, coffee, reading, swimming, yoga, walking, music, art exhibitions, films.

Diona - Greek in her early 30s working in the financial services industry and doing a part-time masters. Loves all things art, plays loads of sports, enjoys travelling and always up for a good game of tennis at the local club.

Myra - Filipina-Spanish, working full-time in retail. Enjoys eating out, meeting new people, going to the gym, travelling, dancing and hiking.
