Bright room in a lovely flat close to tube

Great little double bedroom with skylight providing loads of natural light throughout the day. Room comes with bed and bedding, drawers, a desk and loads of space under the bed for extra storage. Also a wardrobe that I moved out of the room for some extra space but can go back in if you prefer.

There's a spacious living room with a projector if you want to watch films or chill out with the flatmates. A large separate kitchen and dining area where you'll also find the washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave etc.
The main bathroom has a large bath tub and rain shower and is shared by only two of the rooms as the third room has its own ensuite.

You'd be living with two Portuguese guys and one of their girlfriends. All very lovely and easygoing people in creative industries.

The flat is on the third floor and has fantastic public transport connections. Located about 4 minutes walk from Bounds Green station where the Piccidally line will take you right into London. Also about 10 minutes walk to Bowes Park station for trains. And there's a bus stop a stone's throw from the front door!

The contract is flexible with a month's notice if you want to leave. Bills and council tax come to between £60-100 per month usually.
I am moving because work and family is taking me away from London, otherwise I would definitely be staying!
