Furnished double room, great transport links!

Hi!

The room comes furnished, with a cupboard, chest of drawers, a bedside table, a desk, and a double bed with a mattress. The spacious living room/kitchen looks out onto the green and is far enough from the main road that you can't hear it. We share one bathroom between us.

Rent including bills comes to about £1000/month. Our council tax band is D, and we need a professional for this reason. There is a deposit of £924.

The move-in date is anywhere between 1 June and 1 July, and we are looking for someone to move in until September, with the possibility of extending.

Bounds Green is a lovely area. It is very quiet, so it's ideal for someone who wants to work from home, or get away from the hustle & bustle of the city, which is still only 25 mins away in the tube. Alexandra Palace is within walking distance, and there are lots of nice cafes, restaurants and parks around.

Our flat is just a 5 minute walk from the Piccadilly line station Bounds Green and 10 from Bowes park station, a 15 minute bus ride takes you to Wood Green / Alexandra Palace / Muswell Hill / Palmers Green.

You'd be living with two lovely guys, both classical musicians (one is a professional singer and the other an organist and composer). We have been known to hang out in the kitchen/cook together and go out to such things as stand up nights so if you're interested in being sociable - great, equally, totally fine if you're not particularly!
The landlord and estate agents have been very cooperative so far, and all the appliances work well (we moved in in September).

Viewings will probably be held around 5-9pm, just because most of us aren't in until then.
