The studio comes as you see in the photos, 1x double wardrobe and one single in the corner, shoe cabinet, TV, foldable table in the kitchen, foldable table in the room - in case you are working from home. It is quite small but super cosy.
Studio is on the first floor and it is in a house that was split into studios. You will only have 2 other studios on the same floor; the house is very quiet. The studio is newly refurbished, just the hallway/ entrance in the house is quite old tbh.
Would prefer female occupancy.
