• £700 per month + bills

• Move in end of January preferred

• The contract is until 29th June 2026 through an estate agents

• The flat is on a zero deposit scheme

• No couples or students

Amenities:

• Bedroom comes with double bed frame and mattress, white wardrobe and curtains

• 3 minute walk from Bounds Green station (Piccadilly Line)

• 8 minute walk from Bowes Park train station

• Plenty of bus routes (including a night bus!)

• Flat includes a washer dryer, a dishwasher and has a lovely balcony/fire escape space

We are looking for someone who is reasonably clean and a bonus if you’re up for socialising and wine nights ☺️
