The current household is four professionals in a two storey house with a spacious garden. We are a friendly group in a tidy home with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. The house is just across Bowes Park station (Great Northern Rail) and a five minute walk from Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line). It is also a twenty minute walk from Wood Green (plenty of shops, a cinema, and restaurants) and a thirty minute walk from Alexandra Palace. The neighborhood is very cozy and there are several parks and walks nearby.

You will need to earn 2x the rent, or be able to provide info for a guarantor who owns property in the UK.
