We're looking for someone to join us in our cosy house in Bounds Green :) We're Luzia, Veronica and Tabby and we work in real estate, logistics and film & TV.
Our current flatmate Lucy is heading back home to Birmingham and her room will be available.
We have a shared lounge where we'll often be on weekday evenings - we have a good sized TV with a Roku and enjoy watching a Netflix reality show or true crime doc. We have a generously sized garden and have been known to host a few barbecues when the weather allows :)
Veronica is 100% remote and Tabby and Luzia are office workers.
The monthly rent is £580 and bills total around £140 per month which includes a fortnightly cleaner. The house is a 6 minute walk from Bounds Green underground Station and 9 minutes walk to Bowes Park mainline station - it's around 30 or 40 minutes to central London on public transport and has free on street parking.
