Double room with own bathroom in 2 bed flat

There’s a room available from 10th June in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Bounds Green (N11). You’ll be sharing with me.

The room is a small double and you’ll have your own separate bathroom (I’ve got the en-suite). The flat is fully furnished and has a living room and kitchen. Will add more pictures of the room tomorrow 15/04 evening.

Location is really good — about 8 minutes walk to the station and the 221 bus stops right outside 🚌

Rent is £1720 total (including water), so £860 each. Deposit is £975 + 1 month rent in advance (£1835 total upfront).

Bills are on top — council tax around £200, electricity about £130 (more in winter), and internet £25 — all split between us.

I’m looking for someone mid-30s, clean, tidy and easy going, ideally long term. Also no full-time working from home please.

You’ll be added to the contract, so there’s a credit check through the agency, minimum income £26,200, and you’ll need a Right to Rent code.

Viewings will be on 19/04, 25/04 and 26/04.
