Lovely bright room in smart part of N13 for non-smoking female in friendly house on Broomfield Park (Southgate Village borders but under 15 minutes walk to both Bounds Green and Arnos Grove tube stations, Picadilly Line). 7 minutes walk to Palmers Green BR and Morrisons. All mod cons: Fully furnished, Central heating, double glazing, luxury bathroom, separate toilet and extra shower room, some bedlinen if needed. This is a double because it has a double bed but is for a single person. Size including the bed alcove is 14 ft long by 8 wide. Overlooking garden. incl all bills (which currently account for just under half the rent).
