Double room in large, clean share home with garden

We are looking for someone to join our clean & friendly share home with living room, separate kitchen, two bathrooms, separate laundry/utility room and back garden with shed.

We have available a double room with a large built-in wardrobe in a beautiful, clean and large house. 6 minutes’ walk to Bounds Green tube station or a Bowes Park National Rail station down leafy streets.

It's £435/mth rent plus £125/mth for bills, high speed broadband, a fortnightly cleaner & all cleaning/household products. The total is £560/mth.

The bedroom is unfurnished but as has a built-wardrobe. So you would only need to get yourself a bed with a mattress and chest of drawers. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

The room is available now and also we are flexible with moving date to be few weeks or a month or two later.

We share:

- Large living room
with dining space and electric fireplace,

- Laundry room
with tumble dryer, washing machine & large bosch freezer & some storage space

- Kitchen
with dishwasher, large bosch fridge and breakfast bar,

- 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in total,

- Garden
with (fake grass – no mowing), a shed and access for bikes down a side path.

- Some storage under the stairs.

We treat it as a home and are looking for like-minded people. We all keep different hours but have a chat in the kitchen and went out for drinks on few occasions. In pre covid time we had friends over on occasion for dinner or a movie night... housemates are always welcome to join in.

We are clean and tidy, but with a dishwasher & fortnightly cleaner there is not much extra to do.

This would be best as a long-term let for someone looking for a home to settle in. The 3 housemates you would live with are all woman:
- British (works in banking & loves the gym & eating healthy),
- Irish (works in graphic design, is into trekking, gardening),
- Slovenian (Pilates teacher, loves cycling).

It is a lovely house share. I am moving out because I got a job abroad. My very big room it's taken by another housemate so this cosy room is available now.

LOCATION INFO:

A great location 6 mins walk to Bounds Green tube station
(Piccadilly line – 17 minutes to Kings Cross, or with a change at Finsbury Park for Victoria line - only 21 min to Oxford Circus)
Also 6 mins walk to Bowes Park National Rail station (with trains to Moorgate).
Great independent grocer next to the tube and Tesco’s metro nearby. Nisa local 3 mins away from the house. Great independent coffee shops in Bounds Green station & Bowes Park station. Lovely local pub with big beer garden (The Ranelagh).

One tube stop (or bus) closer to the city is the shopping area of Wood Green with two cinemas, large Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsburys, Boots and loads of other shopping including an Agros, Topshop, Next, Wilkos, Tiger, Pret, Costa and Five Guys.

One short bus trip (or a walk) to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill Broadway (restaurants, pubs and posh shopping).

Or a short walk over the rail tracks to Myddleton Road high street with monthly markets and great cheap local bakery & restaurants.
