This is a spare room in my home. Not an agency, and not a business.

Nice bright single room available. It's a corner room so has 2 windows.

The House
This is a 3 bedroom house in a cul de sac, very close to Victoria Park and Hertford Union Canal.

You share the bathrooms and kitchen with the residents.

The room looks out onto the garden, which you are welcome to use.

Where
We are in Bow, East London. Close to Roman Road Market, Victoria Park, Hertford Union Canal.

Bus stops within 2 minutes walk serve the number 8 into Liverpool Street and Central London, the 488 between Bromley By Bow and Dalston and the 276 serving Newham Hospital, Homerton Hospital and Stoke Newington.
The Docklands Light Railway and District lines are around 10-15 minutes walk. The central line is a short bus ride.

You can safely walk or ride along the canal to reach Queen Mary University, Canary Wharf, Angel, Straftford.

The Olympic Park is a short walk or a bus ride away.

There are many gyms around the area.

Roman Road Market is a 3 minute walk away, where there is a Tesco Metro and Iceland, and lots of cultural foods. A short way off is a larger Tesco.

Pets
I have pets, 2 cats and an anxious dog, she will bark at you when you view, but she calms down with bribery, and will love you very quickly. So you MUST be comfortable around animals. I don't think bringing additional pets in would be possible, unless they are in a tank or cage.

This room will be available from mid - end February.

In the past this room has been very popular. I show it to around 6 people and then make a choice about how I feel the person will fit it in.

Please note that I am vegan and would prefer someone vegan to rent the room
