We are renting our lovely 1 bedroom flat in Bow area, in an apartment building called Altius Apartments. The building has a communal roof terrace with space to relax etc.
The apartment itself has a balcony, one bedroom with double bed, built in storage plus a large chest of drawers, bathroom (with bathtub/shower), smart TV and an open plan living/kitchen.
I'm keen to avoid estate agent faff & looking for a tidy respectful tenant who are available from late May/June (can be a bit flexible on date) for minimum of 12-months.
Bills are additional and are on average about £200 per month (council tax, gas, electric, water).
