Hey everyone!

Due to the COVD-19 situation, I have cut the rent down to £850 for a single occupancy and £1,200 for a couple all bills included of course. The deposit has also been cut down to £500, as I understand things are difficult now.

I’m renting my large master bedroom in my newly re-decorated two bedroom ground floor flat in Bow, East London. I am the landlord but don’t live in the flat.

- About the flat

I moved into my boyfriend's flat during the first lockdown and have entirely redecorated the room, ready for someone new to move in with one (and a half) flatmate. You’ll be living with Ralfs and his dog Blair. A mix of American/Russian/Latvian, Ralfs works in insurance/finance and studies business, currently from home. We therefore will be looking for someone easygoing, friendly and tidy, who would also occasionally be happy to hang out, grab drinks and cook!

You’ll be living in the master bedroom in the flat. The room is furnished, with large double bed, bed linen, two bedside tables with three drawers, two big sets of drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe.

This is a 12-months rolling contract and the room is available now. LGBTQI+ friendly. I am very happy to welcome a couple too, as I think the room and flat is spacious enough (the former flatmates were a couple). This is a dog-friendly house as little cutie Blair lives here - she particularly loves the garden!

The newly-fitted bathroom has a bath tub and also lots of storage. The kitchen comes with all the mod cons and appliances, and has a breakfast bar, big fridge and washing/drying machine.

The flat has a large and super bright living/dining room with Sky flat screen big TV and sound system that fully opens up on to large South-facing sunny garden.

The private garden was re-done last summer and has outdoor seating, big trees, barbecue deck area (with bbq) and a terrace off the main patio doors! It’s a suntrap and perfect for working, tanning or entertaining friends once restrictions are lifted.

- About the area

My flat is a 5mins walk from Bow Church DLR station and Bow Road underground Tube station. You can cycle to Stratford in 5mins or get anywhere in Central in 15/20mins.

The flat is located a 10min walk to Victoria Park, one of London's largest parks which boasts sport grounds, pubs/cafes and restaurants. It is ideal for a stroll or jog.

You are a 5min walk to Roman Road Market - on every two days - and there are lots of lovely little cafes and restaurants.

The flat is also a 15mins walk to the Hackney Wick canal (with loads of bars, clubs and coffee/restaurant places), and Victoria Park Village. If you’re into sports, you’ve also got a swimming pool, gyms, tennis courts and velopark within 10mins.

There are loads of cool places to eat and drink in the Bow/Hackney Wick/Victoria Village area and most of them have become my locals!

If you are travelling back home at night, there are night buses servicing the local Bow area - bus stops being a 5min walk from the flat. Alternatively there is the Jubilee Tube line, which runs 24h, and stops a 5min Uber ride from the flat if needed.
