Fully furnished, sharing space fitted kitchen with washing machine, shower/bath and toilet, small living room and dining area. Two minutes walk to Tesco Metro, cafes and lively market 3 days a week. Beautiful Victoria Park an 8-minute walk.
I am looking for a single professional, respectful and clean, quiet person, non-smoker, someone that might work in the City and needs a place to stay during the week or full time.
You will be sharing the space with me, 40 years old, Pilates instructor, healthy, sociable, Italian, my partner usually is around only Monday and Tuesday evening, but we mind our own business plus also gli my to bed early as we are usually up at 5.30. Rent is £800 included. Available from 1July or possibly a little earlier . I can be little flexible with the moving date. Deposit, references and full time job contract required.
