The flat is located in a fantastic area close to Victoria Park (2 min walk away) and Hackney Wick (10 min walk away). There is bus stop 1 min walk away from the flat. By bus you can reach Bethnal Green and Bow Church in 15 min.

The flat is located within a council building. There are 2 fllors. Downstairs you will find the living room and kitchen and upstairs 3 rooms and a bathroom. The flat has good light and it has recently been refurbished.

There are supermarkets nearby such as Tesco and Iceland so you do not need to travel far to do your shopping.

We pay around £60 of bills (water, broadband and council tax). Electricity and gas bills come separatly and we pay them when we receive the bill.

I am a HR proffesional who likes socialising, going out, practicing any kind of sport and travelling. I like having the flat tidy and clean.
