We have a choice of 3 rooms available in the house. A large room (£500 + some bills/pm) and two smaller rooms (£445 + some bills/pm).

All of the rooms come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, hanging space ( there is also a storage room, and lots of storage space throughout the rest of the flat.)

It's an upstairs/downstairs ex-council maisonette in a friendly estate (McCullum Road at the back of the famous Roman Road), with good neighbours and a good community spirit.

Large LIVING ROOM (most accommodation in the area has no living room at all).
Great GARDEN which is surprisingly quiet for the middle of a city - with BBQ, bench and table/chairs for relaxing.
Good-sized separate kitchen and kitchenette.
Only a 4 minute walk from the beautiful VICTORIA PARK.
