Warehouse conversion on Victoria Park

Hello hello :)

I have a double bedroom available in a lovely 2 bed warehouse conversion on Victoria Park - dream location. Closest stations are Bethnal Green, Homerton, Hackney Wick, Bow or Mile End.

The flat has high ceilings, brick walls, big windows and is on the ground floor of a secure building. The neighbours in the building are super lovely and the neighbourhood is gorgeous too. We have a little garden and are right next to the park.

The flat is light and airy, stays cool during summer and easy to keep warm in winter.

The room available is the bigger of the two, with a built in wardrobe and space for a desk or drawers. It comes with a bed that is newer than the current picture. The carpets are nicer now too (new pictures coming soon)

About me - I’m a freelance photographer, half on location, half working from home.

The vibe of the flat is very laid back - looking for someone clean, respectful and chilled, it's a super peaceful environment so would suit someone looking for a cosy home rather than a party house.

I have a very cute little kitty who mostly keeps to himself and demands the occasional cuddle and treat, especially if I'm away! Someone that likes to hang out with him while I'm on holiday would be ideal, but I do also have cat-sitters in case you're away too.

No couples.

Rent is £1100, bills come to about £116.
Deposit is £1000.
