Ensuite Double in 2 Bed Flat

Hello! I have a room opening up in my 2 bed flat. Needs to be filled by January 25th but can move in before then! I have been living here for 2.5 years and my flatmate has recently bought her own place so will be moving on. The room is a double with ensuite, there is another bathroom that I use as my own but obviously is shared for guests. Room will be unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe. Shared living space, kitchen and balcony that are furnished (though it could fit some of your things and desk). Closest tube is Bow Road (5 mins), and DLR Bow Church (4 mins). The flat has lots of light and is well insulated so heating doesn’t need to be turned on all the time which is a big plus.

A little about me: I’m 32, half canadian, half english. I am a therapist and work from home a 1-2 days a week. Ideally looking for someone similar age and with a similar wfh schedule (i. e someone who isn’t fully remote working). As it’s a two bedroom would like to find the right fit. I like to spend time on my own doing my own thing but also love to share a meal, an occasional night out, and tv couch time. I value all the normal good stuff: honesty, inclusion, communication, and thoughtfulness. Would be nice if we’re on the same page about how we like to respect each other and the space (cleaning up after ourselves, contributing to shared items, balancing household chores, etc.).

The current lease ends at the end of May but I’m extremely keen on staying another year so would hope for someone who wants the same. The landlord has raised the rent every year but has been flexible so I am hoping it won’t be a dramatic increase. At the moment, rent is 875 and bills come out to approx 100-120 so I don’t think it’s ever been over 1000 all included.
