It is available from the 12th of May ( date is flexible )
The rent is £700 per month
Bills around £40 per month

We are looking for a professional working full time.
NO WORKING FROM HOME - NO STUDENTS
We are working full time in hospitality and retail business.

About the room and the flat :

The room is a medium size bedroom, very bright and cosy. It comes with double bed, chest of drawers, comfy armchair and a desk . There is also a small foldable table.
We have a big Bathroom and a well equipped Kitchen.
NO SHARED LIVING ROOM.
Bike parking available in the building

About the area :

the flat is just a short walk ( 5-10 min ) from Mile End Station ( Central line ) , Bow road ( Hammersmith and District ) Bow church ( DLR ) and 5 min from Victoria Park
Tesco , Iceland, Poundland and a lovely Market are very close ( 2 min walking ) but we also have a small shop open till 11 pm just outside the building which is great for your emergency shopping !
