Looking for a housemate to join us in Bow

Looking for a housemate to join our new flat and enjoy East London with.

Ground floor three bedroom flat in a converted chapel, with an open plan living/kitchen area. One main bathroom, and one ensuite. There is a private courtyard with a small lawn, picnic bench and afternoon sun. There is a second, shared courtyard which is routinely maintained (at no additional cost) and enjoys the morning sun.

The living space is furnished with a large shelf, L shaped couch, six person dining table and chairs. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, lots of storage, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave.

The bedroom available has a large floor to ceiling window looking onto the shared courtyard and has built-in wardrobes, and a double bed.

The flat is on a quiet street, with a 2 minute walk to Victoria Park and a 15 minute walk to Hackney Wick. The number 8 bus runs straight to Shoreditch and will get you there in 20 minutes.

The rent is £950 per month and the council tax is band B. Bills total would roughly be about £100-£150 each depending on the time of year. The move in date is Friday the 3rd of May, but we can be flexible as we understand that this date is fast approaching.

We are Kim (28) and Hollie (27), two friends who met in the data team at work. We both have our own lives in London and appreciate each other's space, but equally do a lot together (including Glastonbury this year!) and would hope the new housemate would want to join us. We enjoy going out to local pubs, gigs and for a good meal, but equally enjoy a chill night on the sofa or a weekend coffee walk.
