Double room in friendly houseshare in Bow Quarter

What you’d be renting:

Double room available from 1st of June in a terraced house in Bow Quarter.
The room is located on the 3rd floor, and you’d share a bathroom with one other person (Andrea).
Also included in the rent is a box room on the 2nd floor which can be used as a home office.

Who you’d be sharing with:

I’m Brian the outgoing housemate, who’ll be handling all the arrangements and have been living here for the past year and have absolutely loved living with these guys.

You’d be sharing with Nani, Andrea, Sophie and Scott, aged late twenties to mid-thirties.
Most of whom have been living in the house for between 2-5 years. We are looking for a tidy and friendly roommate to fit in with the rest of us.

The house is usually pretty quiet during the day, Scott and Sophie don’t work from home.
Nani and Andrea work from home some days (in their rooms) and from the office for the others.

We all get along quite well, and hang out together sometimes, whether that’s a party or just watching some trash tv, or all equally happy doing our own thing.

Amenities:
You have the great amenities of Bow Quarter included; the gym, swimming pool (with sauna and jacuzzi) Membership costs around 60 quid a year and is great value for what you get.

There's also a convenience shop, and the fab communal gardens. The house is also only 10 minutes walk from Victoria park.

Bow Quarter is a 5 minute walk from Bow Church (DLR), 8 minutes from Bow Road (District/Hammersmith and City) and 20 minutes to Mile End (Central).

Other info:
You do need to have the right to rent in the UK to live here (landlord is strict on this)
Bills are shared between all and usually around 60. And council tax is 30.
Room is single occupancy only, so no couples.

Move in date is June 1st, but there will likely be some flexibility with this as I will be leaving before the end of May.
