Double room in spacious flat available end of June in Bow E3. Large living room and separate kitchen/dining with lots of natural light.

Room comes UNFURNISHED and comfortably fits a double bed and desk as there is a built-in wardrobe. There is also space around the house for another WFH set-up.

Transport links are great. DLR is across the road, 10 second walk and takes you to Canary Wharf and Stratford in under 10 minutes. There are two underground stations within a 10 minute walk both offering District and Hammersmith line.

Lots of pubs nearby as well and Victoria Park and Hackney Wick. All of which are walking distance along the canal.

About me: I'm 25 and recently finished my architecture masters. I'm looking for someone outgoing and friendly to take over my current housemate's room as he is sadly moving up north. My hobbies include going to the pub, films and cooking. I'm hoping to find someone who is social and chilled. Must also be clean as we will be sharing a bathroom.

Bills are not included and come to around £110 on top of the £950 pcm.
Move in date can be agreed depending on suitability.
