Hi there, I'm looking to share my flat with a clean and chilled individual. It's nestled between Hackney Wick and Bow, around the corner from Victoria Park and has stunning views from the balcony! I've recently redecorated (most of) it so everything is clean and fresh. Great location, comfortable interiors - the perfect place to come home to. The building has security cameras and a secure bike storage unit. There are lifts and no stairs within the property, so it is accessible to those in wheelchairs. The mattress is brand new and I am happy to provide a desk if needed, or remove things if you prefer.

I'm a writer for stage and screen, and run my own theatre company. I mostly work from home, so it would be good if you don't, at least not all of the time. I enjoy cooking and would be up for shared dinners and evenings in, or out. I sometimes need my own space, and will respect yours.

My ADHD manifests itself as a need to be neat and organised, so am looking for someone who's naturally clean and tidy and will take care of communal areas.
