Excited for a new housemate 😎

Seeking a new (male preferred) housemate to move into our 4 bed house in Bow (3min walk to Mile End Station- District, Hammersmith and Central Line).

Our housemate Alex is finally moving in with his gf. We’re looking for someone nice and chilled to replace him.

About the current Household:

Orlaigh (31 y/o) from Ireland, she works in Tech.

Parth (29y/o) from India, also works in Tech.

Blue (3y/o) small dog likes chicken and walks in Victoria Park.

Kimmie (35 y/o) from the UK, I work as a Cardiac Nurse Specialist in Waterloo.

About the house:

House located on Tredegar Square, Bow in a quiet gated mews yet only 3 minutes walk to Mile End tube. 2 stops from Liverpool St station, 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. There are 8 houses adjoining.

Newly built with a small designer garden, the house has 4 bedrooms all with high quality double beds, 3 king size with triple door wardrobes and black-out curtains.

There are 3 bathrooms so only 2 sharing a large bathroom with overhead shower, hand shower and remote control towel rail. A large living room and kitchen with spacious dining area. There is plenty of storage.

Room available from 1st or 2nd week of July (can be flexible)

£1,100pm (excluding bills) - bills approx £100-£150
