I’m Jasmine, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely, peaceful flat, where you’d be living with a kind and thoughtful flatmate.

It’s a 2-bedroom space with a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, and a balcony that’s perfect for a bit of fresh air or a morning coffee.

The flat has a really calm, grounding energy. We both enjoy creativity and tend to be on the quieter side. There’s a nice creative flow in the space and we have often found ourselves working on little projects together.

While we’re both social in our own ways, home is very much a chill zone, so it would suit someone who values that same calm and connection.

We’re especially open to someone who shares a similar energy , maybe you meditate too, or just enjoy a peaceful home life.

The room is available for short-long term lets (starting from January 2025), and all bills are included except council tax. Your room has built in storage, a bed, a desk.

The flat has WiFi, a cosy lounge area, with a lovely plush new sofa, a lovely communal garden out the back. There’s also a bike shed for secure storage.
