The room comes with lots of storage space (2 cupboards, a chest of drawers, and space in communal cupboards outside), and the house has 1 bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.
The location is great with good transport, only a short walk to Bow Road, Mile End or Bow Church station for the District/Hammersmith/Central/DLR and is close to Tesco Express on Bow Road, Tesco or Iceland on Roman Road and Lidl is a 25 minute walk away. Both Mile End Park and Victoria Park are within easy walking distance.
The room is £1070 per month (all bills included) and the deposit is £1010, looking for someone to take over until the contract either ends or can be renewed in September 2025
