Hi there!

My name is Giancarlo, and I am renting out my lovely room in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment shared with two friendly Korean girls. They are clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.

The room will be free from (APRIL 9TH - 19TH) and I am looking for someone to stay for all or most of this period. I’m happy to discuss the details as I know you may not be able to fill the whole duration (that is fine). But, I will take priority over tenants who can stay the longest.

THE ROOM
I will clear as much space for you as possible in the kitchen and your room so you feel like it is your place for the month. You will have your own space/storage.

As It is a short stay and I am travelling, I can't give you a completely empty bedroom but as I said, I will clear as much of it ass possible.

I can provide clean sheets and pillowcases.

You will have your own bathroom just across from the bedroom, ensuring your comfort.

THE PLACE
The apartment is clean, and the girls would appreciate someone who respects this. You will have access to cutlery, crockery, and a well-equipped kitchen, along with a lovely open living room.

The flat is located on the first floor and has two lifts available. It is a well-secured apartment with nearby transport links, such as Mile End station (8-10 minute walk). It’s only two stops from Zone 1, making travel swift.

ARRANGEMENT
A deposit of £250 will be returned after your stay, assuming no damages or lost items.

A contract will be in place to ensure that both parties are happy with the arrangement and security of the stay.

I am looking for someone who is respectful of the living space and other housemates and is easy to get along with.
