Large Double Room - Opposite Victoria Park

Thanks for taking time to look at our house!

Our housemate is moving to North London, so we're looking for someone to replace them in the (very) big double room. The house is attractive and has a modern kitchen and bathroom. It's council tax band E.

The location is special - we're 30 seconds from both Victoria Park and Mile End Park, and right next to the canal (for which we have an inflatable dinghy!).

There's easy access by public transport or cycling to Bethnal Green, Hackney Central, Hackney Wick and Dalston. And honestly where else would you want to go?!

Mile End tube station is also just 10 mins walk away, for connectivity with the Central, District, and Hammersmith & City lines.

A bit about us:
Luke (that's me) works in climate campaigning.
David is just finishing up a neuroscience PhD

We both love generic East London things - bouldering, hanging out in Vicky Park, gigs at the Shacklewell Arms etc. etc.

We like socialising and going out, and have the occasional party, but also enjoy chill time.

We're looking for someone who'll fit the vibes of the house. Looking forward to meeting you!
