Fully furnished and recently refurbished - new double bed and mattress, 2 built-in wardrobes. Great quiet balcony for summers days.. This is a very clean and quiet flat. Even though there's a living landlord, I'm hardly seen. Note that this is not a party house. If you like a clean peaceful place to live then this is perfect. The room is also a very good size.. look forward to hearing from you. Please note the reason for females only is that I've had a problem with a male lodger recently and dont want a repeat and I've never had any issues with females and as I intend to leave the property with a all female house hold.
