I’m the owner and live-out landlord of this lovely, licensed HMO (C).

I take pride in keeping the house welcoming and well-maintained.

I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy living here and be respectful of the space and other housemates.

Location: Right beside the gates to Victoria Park and a short walk away from Hackney Wick (Overground), with buses 8, 276 and 488 just outside.

The House: Bright rooms, shared living/dining space, garden, and good storage throughout.

The Room: Large double en-suite room with plenty of wardrobe space.

About You: A young professional or professional couple who don’t work from home.

Rent: Includes all bills except gas/electricity, shared equally each month (around £30 on average).

I’m NRLA registered and like to make sure the house feels like a proper home; issues get sorted quickly, and tenants are treated fairly and with respect.
