It’s located on the 2nd floor of a new building; this room is quiet, warm, and ideal for someone who values space and tranquillity.
About the flat and location:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a large living room area available for shared use. Plenty of storage space in the flat.
Who you’ll be sharing with:
You’ll be living with a 32-year-old Italian professional, tidy, quiet, who works from home. I’m looking for another professional, ideally someone who also works in a hybrid capacity, is tidy, and respectful of my space.
10 minutes away from Bow Church (DLR), Bow Road (District), and 15 minutes from Mile End (Central Line).
Rent: £1075pcm + bills (usually up to £150pcm).
We will be doing the viewings in May.
