Important note (please read first):

I’m Josh, the main tenant. My friend Johan is currently staying in my room while I’m travelling. Due to a change of plans, Johan will be moving out mid-December, so we’re looking for someone to take over the room ASAP from around mid-December 2025 (exact date flexible can be a before or a little after).

You’ll be meeting Johan for the viewing and messaging with him directly, but all payments and the formal side of the sublet will be handled with me. Johan is just kindly helping with viewings and the basic admin while I’m away.

We’re looking to find someone as soon as possible for a mid-December move-in.

Johan will be replying to messages and doing the viewings in person. Online viewings are also possible.

I (Josh) will handle the agreement and payments with you directly once we’ve all agreed it’s a good fit
